Avatar Design Build is a Montgomery County custom home builder based in Forest Glen, MD. For more than 25 years, our principal has delivered award-winning homes and collaborated with some of the best architects and engineers in the region. We take great pride in building high-quality homes, designed by our collaborative partner Claude C. Lapp Architects and work to ensure your project meets all engineering requirements through our partners Benning & Associates and Charles P. Johnson & Associates. We are currently building in Montgomery, Howard, Prince George’s, Baltimore and Anne Arundel Counties.
